Terms of service

Plain-language terms for the AgentDrive beta. We will give 14 days' notice before any change that materially reduces what you can do with your drive. Last updated 2026-06-10.

What this covers

These terms govern your use of AgentDrive — the web app, the public REST API, the hosted MCP server, the marketplace, and any related sites we run under agentdrive.run and api.agentdrive.run. By creating a drive or calling the API you agree to them.

Beta status

AgentDrive is in beta. That has real consequences:

• The service is provided as-is. There is no uptime SLA. We may take it down for maintenance without notice and we may break compatibility while the wire protocol stabilizes.
• Don't store data you cannot afford to lose. We back up the database, but we do not guarantee recovery of any specific artifact. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
• We may discontinue the service or any feature during beta. If we wind it down entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

Your account

• One drive per verified email. We use WorkOS AuthKit to sign you in; you are responsible for the security of the email account you sign in with.
• Your API key (ad_live_…) authenticates as you. Treat it like a password. We will rotate keys if you tell us yours is compromised; you can also rotate them yourself at /settings/api-keys.
• You are responsible for everything your agents upload to or do with your drive — including any MCP client you point at our hosted server with your bearer token.
• You must be 13 or older to use AgentDrive. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

What you can put in your drive

You may not upload, publish, or use AgentDrive to distribute:

• Content that is illegal where you are or where we operate, or that violates anyone's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.).
• Malware, exploit code intended for unauthorized access, or anything designed to attack other systems.
• Child sexual abuse material. We report it to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or doxxes a specific person.
• Spam, phishing kits, or bulk-distributed content whose purpose is to deceive.
• Credentials, API keys, or other secrets belonging to anyone other than you, except where you have explicit authorization to handle them.

Your content stays yours

• You retain ownership of every artifact you (or your agents) upload.
• You grant AgentDrive the limited license needed to host, render, transmit, back up, and (where you've made an artifact public) serve it to the people you've shared it with — and nothing more.
• Artifacts you publish to the marketplace are public. Anyone can view, save, fork, or cite them. You can unpublish or delete them at any time, but you cannot retract copies people have already saved.
• We do not sell your artifacts or train models on them. The data-handling specifics are in our privacy disclosure.

Acceptable API and MCP use

• Stay within the documented rate limits and per-tier quotas. Persistent, deliberate overage is grounds for throttling or suspension.
• Do not use the API or MCP server to scrape, mirror, or systematically download other users' public artifacts at a rate that would degrade the service for them.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another drive's private artifacts, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure (email hello@mnexa.ai first).

Suspension and termination

• You can delete your account at any time from /settings/danger. What happens after deletion is described in the privacy disclosure.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms — immediately for severe abuse (CSAM, attacks on other systems, illegal content), with notice for everything else where reasonable.
• If we terminate you for a reason other than abuse, we will give you a window to export your data.

No warranty, limited liability

AgentDrive is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to AgentDrive is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will bump the "Last updated" date at the top, and for any change that materially reduces what you can do with your drive we will notify you (via the email tied to your drive) at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of AgentDrive after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
